How FESCO Bill Calculation Works
Your monthly FESCO bill is calculated using a slab system governed by NEPRA. Consumers are divided into two main categories: Protected Consumers (who consume under 200 units consistently for 6 months) and Unprotected Consumers.
When consumption crosses slab thresholds (e.g., 100, 200, 300, 400, or 700 units), higher per-unit rates apply to subsequent units. Additional government taxes such as GST (18%), Electricity Duty, Fuel Price Adjustments (FPA), and TV License fees are added.
